Playing Table Tennis Is My Second Passion After Music

Well, I’ve been a fan of Ping pong mostly my entire life as much as music, it has become my second passion next to music. It helps me relieve my stress, relaxed, and keeps me healthy (physically and mentally). I love it because you can do so much with this sport. Ping Pong has a sense of excitement and anticipation when playing. Is it pretty obvious that my favorite indoor sport is, without a doubt, ping pong? Well, it’s one of the most popular sports out there, even included as an Olympic sport. Besides the fun, it has several benefits, and if you combine it with music then you will have the best moments in life.

Here are the major reasons why I love playing Table Tennis, and why it has become my second passion next to music:

You Can Play Anytime, Anywhere

You got to love it because you can play it anywhere and anytime. You can even play it using a ping-pong ball machine when there’s no anyone to play with. It doesn’t have to be a seasonal sports activity, as you can always play it inside your house, which means you can always enjoy it anytime, without you having to think of the weather or the time of day.

Good For The Health

Ping pong may be considered one of the fastest played sports around the world, but the health benefits you will get from it is absolutely great, even if you play it at the highest level, but you don’t have to aim for that just to get a nice workout. You can do at least a few hours every week, and you will get the results you desire to stay healthy. Ping pong will improve your heart rate, especially your blood circulation. It can also help you eliminate all the toxins in your body once you managed to get out a little sweat from your body.

 Anyone Can Play

Age doesn’t matter, your weight, your gender, even your abilities don’t matter, anyone can play ping pong. There’s no necessary contact in order to play the sport that way you can avoid getting yourself hurt. Even people in their old age can have a little excitement just by playing ping pong, as do young children, teens, and adults. You can also consider it as a family bonding sports activity, which can make everyone in the family involved and spend quality time together. And even athletes with disabilities can even play ping pong with equal terms with everyone else. Everyone is allowed to play the sport and have fun with it — it’s not a crime.

Good For The Brain

You may think that all you need is physical attributes to play the sport like you just have to have speed and strength — you’re wrong! It also involves quick brain reflexes to make you think quickly, plan, and strategies. That said, it can help your brain wired and active.

Not Expensive

You don’t have to invest a lot of many in order to play the sport. All you need is a ping pong paddle, a table tennis ball, a ping pong table or ping pong conversion tops table, and of course, someone to play with, so that’s everything you need. You don’t have to put in a lot of money just to learn how to play it.

Great For Your Living Room

Table Tennis is pretty much spacious — you don’t even have to own a big house just to fit in the table tennis in your living room. The new design of tables foldaway as well, so you can always hide it in your storage room without having any trouble and take it out whenever you’re ready to play some game.

Fantastic Social Sport

One of the special thing about this sport is that it can connect people in such an entertaining way, without people getting heated-up, it can help each other relaxed. You get to meet lots of people, just by asking them to play with you when you’re in a ping pong club or if you joined competitions at least once in a while. Ping pong can help you make new friends, and you can always learn new things from different people. And even if you don’t join in any outside ping pong activity, it’s still a great social sport because it helps you and your family or friends closer to each other.

Most Importantly – IT’S FUN!

All I can say is, PING PONG IS FUN! It can relieve your stress, help you laugh, and spend quality time with family and friends, and it can certainly help you to put aside your worries of the day. All you have to do is to give it a chance and try it. It will not only bring you lots of joy, but it will give you precious moments that you will always cherish for the rest of your life. I believe you won’t regret considering playing this sport!
